Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office location.
Wait for Processing
Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your refund or ship out your new exchange items.
